Privacy Policy
Last updated June 5, 2026
VenueAI helps wedding and event venues reply to inquiries faster, in their own voice. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain — the way we'd want it explained to us.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to venueai.com and to people who visit our site, request a demo, or subscribe to our updates.
When a venue uses VenueAI to handle its own inquiries, that venue's couples and prospects share information with the venue. In those cases we act as a service provider (a “processor”) on the venue's behalf, and the venue's own privacy policy governs that data. We only use it to provide the service.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run our business and improve the product:
Details you give us — your name, email, venue, and anything you include when you book a demo, subscribe, or contact us.
Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, and general device and browser information, collected to understand what's useful and what isn't.
Cookies and similar tools — small files that keep the site working and help us measure traffic. More on these below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to demo requests and answer your questions.
Send updates you've asked for, like the Weekly Brief — and let you unsubscribe anytime.
Operate, secure, and improve our website and product.
Meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use them in a few ways:
Essential cookies that keep the site working and remember basic preferences.
Analytics cookies that help us understand which pages and links are useful, so we can improve the site.
Advertising cookies, such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, that measure the performance of our ads and help us reach the right venues. These may be set by third parties.
You can control or clear cookies anytime in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your ad-platform settings (for example, Meta's ad preferences). Some parts of the site may work less smoothly without certain cookies.
How we share information
We share information only with trusted partners who help us operate — for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — and only to the extent they need it to do their job. We may also share information when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal reasons, then delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to limit who can access it.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, just email us — we'll respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for it.
Other sites
Our site may link to third-party sites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
Children's privacy
VenueAI is built for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
